1. Data controller
Ammar Rajabi EI, business name CALYNEVO, 23 Place du Champ de Mars, 50000 Saint-Lô, France. Contact: contact@calynevo.com.
2. Data we may process
Depending on how you use the website, CALYNEVO may process information you provide voluntarily, including your name, company, email address, website, project type, budget context, message and information needed to prepare a quotation. Technical data may also be processed for website operation and security, for example IP address, browser or device information and technical logs. Audience-measurement data is processed only after consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Form data is used to answer your request, prepare a quotation, take pre-contractual steps at your request and, if an assignment is agreed, manage the contractual relationship. Website operation and security rely on CALYNEVO's legitimate interests. Audience measurement through Google Analytics 4 relies on your consent.
4. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is not sold or rented. It is accessible to CALYNEVO and, where necessary, its technical providers. The website uses o2switch for hosting, CookieYes for consent management and Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement after consent.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some international providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this applies, the transfer must rely on a mechanism permitted by the GDPR and the safeguards provided by the relevant service provider.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted or anonymized no later than three years after the last exchange, unless a specific need or legal obligation requires otherwise. Contractual, tax and accounting records are retained for the applicable legal periods. Analytics data follows the service's configured retention settings and is used only after consent.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or, where applicable, portability of your personal data by writing to contact@calynevo.com. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
Requests are handled without undue delay, normally within one month. Where complexity or the number of requests requires an extension of up to two further months, you are informed within the first month. Additional identification is requested only where reasonably necessary to verify the requester.
8. Cookies and audience measurement
CookieYes lets you accept, reject or customize non-essential cookies. Google Analytics 4 is activated only after you consent to the Analytics category. Details about cookie categories and how to change your choice are available in the Cookie policy.
9. Forms
Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Without the information needed to handle your request, CALYNEVO may be unable to respond or prepare a quotation. Submitting a form is an enquiry and does not create a contract.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents through public forms. If secure access or a document is needed for a project, an appropriate transfer method is agreed separately.
10. Security
CALYNEVO uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce unauthorized access, protect administration accounts and maintain backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
